JETSET on the MAT x Bal Harbour Shops Pop-up

Join us for a 50-minute Mat Pilates class that takes core strength and mobility to the next level. This full body class is designed to sculpt, stretch and stabilize, activating muscles through controlled, intentional movement. Please bring your own mat and ankle weights (ankle weights optional). To sign up, attendees will need to download the JETSET Pilates app and can toggle to the West Palm Beach location for seamless booking.
